Remote Senior Cloud FinOps Engineer

Description:

• Join Magnet Forensics as a Senior Cloud FinOps Engineer in the Shared Services Engineering team.
• Enable cloud and AI cost visibility, forecasting, and optimization across AWS, Azure, and AI environments.
• Build tooling and processes for engineering and finance teams to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in cloud cost management, FinOps, or cloud platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cost and billing, including Cost Explorer and Cost and Usage Reports.
• Familiarity with Azure cost management and AI cost concepts.
• Experience building automation tools for financial workflows.
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and using FinOps platforms.
• Strong communication skills for technical and financial audiences.
• Must operate within Eastern Time Zone hours.
