Description:

  • Seeking a Philippines-based AI and Automation Architect to support a growing Australia-based disability support organization.
  • Role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-assisted workflows and operational systems to enhance business scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, automation, systems coordination, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com).
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written English communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Compensation range of $1,600 AUD - $2,000 AUD monthly.
  • Flexible work schedule aligned with AU business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri).
