Description:

  • Lead the customer support team in AI Support Operations, focusing on implementation, optimization, and expansion of AI-powered support.
  • Analyze support conversations to identify automation opportunities and improve workflows, acting as a bridge between human agents and AI tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership or coaching, with a background in customer support or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of support operations, ticket management, and customer communication, with experience in AI implementation for chatbots preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a process-driven mindset.
  • Must have own equipment and be comfortable working with AI tools and automation.
