Requirements:

5+ years of backend/platform/infrastructure engineering experience.
Proven experience in building and operating multi-stage data or automation pipelines (CI/CD, ETL/ELT).
Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or Rust.
Experience with workflow orchestration and job scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana).
Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly GitLab CI.
Experience with object storage and large-scale analytical stores.
Excellent debugging skills and strong communication abilities.
