Description:

Senior Support Engineer role for an analytics platform, focusing on full-stack and data-stack responsibilities.
Initial month for observation and definition, transitioning to outcome-based delivery in subsequent months.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering, particularly with Claude Code or similar tools.
Proficiency in full-stack development, including React/TypeScript, authentication/SSO, and multi-tenancy.
Experience with Dagster for orchestration, DBT and SQL for data transformation, and BigQuery on GCP.
Familiarity with Cube or similar semantic-layer tools and embedded analytics tooling.
Strong documentation skills using Confluence and DBML/ER diagrams.
Must be available to work core hours aligned to Chicago time (CT).
