Remote AI Solutions Engineer (Contractor) - Fully Remote

Description:

• Consultant role focused on leveraging AI and automation in the legal industry to streamline workflows and optimize operations.
• Reports directly to the CEO and responsible for assessing processes and implementing a firm-wide AI strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing AI and automation solutions in legal or professional services environments.
• Expertise in AI agents, LLM integrations, and tools like LangChain, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience with building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Strong skills in process improvement, executive communication, and change management.
• Litigation and legal technology experience preferred; knowledge of California employment law is a plus.
