Remote Solution Engineer - Post Implementation

Description:

• Join Certa as a Solution Engineer (Post-Implementation) to support the stability and reliability of the Certa platform.
• Troubleshoot issues, answer user questions, and diagnose configuration problems without ongoing implementation responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation Support in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS configuration concepts and troubleshooting skills; familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and JSON preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must have a curious, analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with enterprise customers and knowledge of ERP or third-party integrations is a plus.
