The Solutions Engineer role combines construction scheduling expertise with strong communication and technical skills, supporting sales efforts and customer understanding of Planera's solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or heavy civil construction.
Hands-on experience in building and managing project schedules.
Background in roles such as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Superintendent with scheduling involvement.
Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred) and Microsoft Project.
Solid understanding of CPM scheduling principles, project sequencing, and dependencies.
Strong technical aptitude and comfort with learning new software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with construction professionals at all levels.
