Description:

  • Design and build AI agents and automations for external customers in the Cannabis/CPG industry.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, scope projects, and ensure reliable production.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or automation engineering.
  • Proven production experience with LLM workflows (e.g., Claude, OpenAI).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in browser automation and REST APIs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production failures and work with version control (Git).
  • Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions and workflow discovery.
