Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Verifiable is a credentialing and network monitoring platform for healthcare organizations, recognized as a top Salesforce partner and included in Inc. 5000.
• The Solutions Engineer role involves owning the API layer, working closely with Sales, Implementation, and Support to ensure successful API and web app integrations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales role in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations; able to scope integration requirements and communicate with technical stakeholders.
• Experience in scoping or reviewing statements of work (SOW) with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and shape the role as it develops.
• Customer-retention focused, viewing API customers as relationships to nurture.
• Self-starter with the ability to bring structure to undefined roles.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with clients, sales, and engineers.
