Description:

Juniper Square is seeking an Analytics Engineer to develop the Insights data product, focusing on data models, transformation logic, and visualizations for analytics.
This role involves collaboration with the Data Product Services team and cross-functional work with Engineering and Product to enhance the Insights product.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a data-focused role (Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, Data Analyst).
Proficiency in SQL, with experience in complex queries and data modeling concepts.
Hands-on experience with an enterprise BI platform (Looker preferred, but others acceptable).
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and SQL-based transformation frameworks (dbt preferred).
Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
Strong focus on data integrity and security, with a proactive working style.
