Description:

  • Own the design, measurement quality, and clinical validity of datasets for health-domain models.
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure data and evaluation methodologies are clinically realistic and statistically defensible.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of data science experience, with 2+ years in healthcare or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and experience designing ML datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity in LLM-based health AI workflows.
  • Understanding of healthcare privacy and compliance regulations.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; clinical credentials are a plus.
