Description:

Support the implementation and adoption of Lightcast’s data solutions by bridging client expectations and delivered value.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to operationalize APIs and Snowflake Data Shares, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments; experience with Python is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly.
Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and interest in using AI for enhancing workflows.

Remote position with the requirement to reside near Boston, MA for periodic in-person meetings.
