Description:
- Support and optimize AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect and enterprise cloud platforms.
- Combine AWS Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Automation, and Observability to deliver secure and scalable cloud solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC).
- Proficient in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with Python, AWS CLI, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
