The company is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for organized, motivated, and passionate Back-End Developers.
As a Back-End Developer, you will work on new projects with full autonomy and contribute to building applications from the ground up.
Responsibilities include implementing and documenting new software applications, participating in code and design reviews, and working on medium to large projects.
You will also research new technologies, ensure software quality, troubleshoot defects, and help build Scrum processes within the company.

Requirements:

You must have 3+ years of back-end development experience.
Experience in a dynamic, agile environment with minimal supervision is required.
Proficiency in Python/Django is essential.
A creative and driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity is necessary.
You should have extreme problem-solving skills and superb communication abilities.
A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Perfect English skills, both written and oral, are mandatory.
You must be able to accommodate in Istanbul.
