Description:

Own core services powering AI voice and browser agents in production environments.
Build reliable, low-latency systems that integrate with healthcare systems and maintain data security.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in building production backend systems, preferably in Python or TypeScript/Node.
Familiarity with distributed systems, queues, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), relational databases, and observability tools.
Strong product instinct and ownership mindset for independent scoping, shipping, and iterating.
Nice to have: Experience with LLM agents, voice systems, browser automation, or regulated healthcare environments.

Salary range of $70,000–$100,000 USD, based on experience.
Founding-team equity included.
Remote work arrangement, LATAM-based with US Pacific timezone overlap.
Full-time position with direct collaboration with founders and customers from day one.
