Description:

  • SourceFuse seeks a Go Backend Engineer for a high-throughput data platform, focusing on core streaming and data processing infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include building Kafka consumers/producers, implementing windowed aggregation, and ensuring data reliability without daily oversight.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of backend engineering experience, with 3+ years in Go development.
  • Strong knowledge of Go concurrency patterns and Kafka integration in high-throughput environments.
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and observability instrumentation.
  • Experience with data pipelines, secure coding practices, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.

Benefits:
