Requirements:

5+ years of backend engineering experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
Strong PostgreSQL expertise in schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Solid AWS experience with services like Lambda, RDS, and App Runner, preferably using Terraform.
Experience designing and documenting REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger).
Comfortable with Docker for local development.
Startup mindset with ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
Strong testing, code review, and architectural decision-making skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
