Description:

• Develop strategies and build products for creators and listeners in podcast and video content.
• Work on core infrastructure for processing, uploading, transforming, and distributing podcasts on Spotify.
• Focus on the Distribution API for managing and monetizing content across platforms.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in backend systems, strong in Java, familiarity with JavaScript or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and relational databases (MySQL).
• Understanding of platform and distributed systems, experience building scalable APIs.
• Adaptability to new technologies and comfort with AI-powered developer tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
