Description:

Tinybird is seeking a highly experienced Backend Engineer to build and operate complex systems and enhance product exposure.
The role involves working closely with production, improving system reliability, and contributing to the overall product experience.

Requirements:

Strong experience in backend services, distributed systems, or high-volume production systems.
Proficiency in Python is essential.
Comfortable debugging incidents and improving system observability.
Focus on performance, reliability, and operational simplicity.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and work asynchronously.
Familiarity with AI tools for coding and debugging.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Salary range of €68,000 - €96,000, including cash compensation and stock options.
22 days of holiday per year, plus your birthday and public holidays.
Freedom to work remotely and up to €2,800 for home workspace setup.
