Description:

Design and ship critical backend components for an MPC-based crypto custody platform.
Lead initiatives through code, RFCs, and mentorship without formal authority.
Focus on either security-critical core or faster-moving periphery of the platform.

Requirements:

Strong CS fundamentals with experience in concurrency, distributed systems, and networking.
10+ years of backend engineering experience, including 3+ years at a Staff level.
Proven track record in building high-load, multi-tenant SaaS systems.
Hands-on experience with modern backend stacks and AI coding tools.
Strong testing and observability discipline.
