Responsibilities include auditing backend systems, writing clear audit reports, implementing fixes, optimizing databases, and collaborating with the engineering team.

Requirements:

8+ years of senior-level backend engineering experience with real production systems.
Proficiency in JavaScript backend languages, particularly Node.js.
Expertise in relational databases like Aurora and experience in API design and scaling (REST/GraphQL).
Understanding of distributed systems, performance/load testing, and ability to write production code.
Strong written communication skills and an AI-first mindset.
