Description:

Aditude is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in Golang and Kafka to design, implement, and optimize backend systems for data processing and analytics.
The role involves developing high-performance backend services, architecting scalable distributed systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of professional experience in backend software development with strong proficiency in Go and hands-on experience with Kafka.
Experience in building large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Benefits:
