Remote Backend / Server Engineer (Senior or Staff)

Description:

• Finvari is a fast-growing SaaS startup focused on transforming payment processes for construction companies.
• Seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to contribute to back-end and full-stack development, designing and building new features.
• Tech stack includes serverless on GCP (Node.js / Typescript), React web front-end, and React-Native for mobile.
• Hybrid role with remote work flexibility and in-person collaboration in Seattle every Wednesday.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of a statically typed language (ideally Java or Typescript).
• Familiarity with SQL and no-SQL databases.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about building great software.
