Description:
- Build resilient, scalable backend systems for a construction planning platform.
- Design and evolve microservices, operate data on MongoDB, and ship services in Python and Go.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of backend or server-side engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python for production services.
- Strong experience with MongoDB data modeling and performance tuning.
- Understanding of microservice architectures and API design.
- Cloud experience (AWS or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker).
- Robust testing practices and CI/CD experience.
- Familiarity with observability fundamentals.
- Product mindset focused on user impact.
- Development with security best practices in mind.
- Excellent remote communication skills.
