Design and evolve the technology ecosystem for Kay-Twelve, focusing on systems, data, and workflows.
Partner with leadership to evaluate and improve operational workflows across departments.

Requirements:

Solid understanding of business operations and workflow design.
Experience building API automations with Make or similar platforms.
Proven experience integrating multiple SaaS tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience implementing AI tools or AI-powered workflows.
Excellent communication skills for documentation, training, and cross-team collaboration.
Preferred: Experience with HubSpot CRM administration and familiarity with QuickBooks Online integrations.
