Remote Principal AI Process Orchestrator

Description:

• Lead client engagements end-to-end, interfacing with executive teams from the start.
• Map business workflows to identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Design future state workflows detailing human and AI roles.
• Oversee implementation, guiding Associate Orchestrators and ensuring timely delivery of automation.
• Identify additional client needs for ongoing support and transformation.
• Report on measurable client impacts such as hours saved and error rates reduced.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents, with strong opinions on tools and frameworks.
• Portfolio showcasing projects, GitHub contributions, and deployed agents is required.
• Proficient in business-native English with executive presence and workshop facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies.
