Description:

  • Build AI-native products and lead cross-functional Innovation Delivery Squads.
  • Own outcomes end-to-end across web, mobile, AI agents, and streaming backends.

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years of engineering experience; 4+ years leading multi-team delivery.
  • Experience shipping production web/mobile systems at scale and at least one production AI app using Claude/GPT/Gemini/Llama/Mistral.
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud and data technologies, orchestration, and retrieval systems.
  • Excellent client communication and commercial sense.
