Description:

Design, develop, and maintain client-side applications for an instant messaging platform, focusing on Android.
Build core messaging features including real-time chat, group chat, media messaging, and push notifications.
Participate in client-side architecture design for consistent UX across platforms.
Utilize AI-powered tools for cross-stack frontend development and modify iOS/Web codebases.
Integrate RESTful APIs and real-time communication protocols (WebSocket/MQTT/gRPC).
Optimize client performance and collaborate with backend teams on API design.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
1-3+ years of experience for Engineer; 3-5+ years for Senior Engineer.
Solid experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java) and understanding of Android SDK.
Proficient with AI-powered development tools and able to work with iOS/Web codebases.
Familiarity with real-time communication protocols and messaging concepts.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile processes.
