Description:

  • Seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer / Vercel Platform Support Engineer for enterprise cloud-hosted digital platforms.
  • Focus on operational excellence, governance, reliability, and support processes for the Vercel platform.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Expertise in Dispatcher, CDN, and cloud deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience with Vercel Platform Administration.
  • Solid knowledge of Next.js, React, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with platform monitoring, automation, and observability tooling.
  • Proven track record in Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis.
  • Background in enterprise platform governance and production support.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Must be a US Citizen (no visa sponsorship available).

Benefits:

  • Salary: $65/hr USD.
