Remote Cloud Operations Engineer - Night shift 10PM to 6AM

Description:

• Role: Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer (Night shift 10 PM to 6 AM)
• Ensure security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure.
• Support business-critical production systems across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical environments.
• Proactively monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting large-scale production infrastructure environments.
• 3+ years of Windows Server administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Domains, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure services.
• Intermediate Linux administration skills and practical operational experience.
