Remote Senior Cloud Operations Engineer - Night shift 10PM to 6AM

Description:

• Role: Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer (Night shift 10 PM to 6 AM)
• Ensure security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure.
• Support business-critical production systems across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical environments.
• Proactively monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in large production infrastructure.
• 5+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment.
• 5+ years configuring server hardware and OS.
• Experience managing and hardening Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, and DNS.
• Experience with Change Management.
