Description:

Seeking experienced Structural Engineers to train and evaluate AI systems for structural engineering problems.
Work with subject matter experts to shape the future of Generative AI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred).
Professional experience in structural analysis and design.
Hands-on experience with OpenSees.
Strong understanding of structural design standards (ACI 318, AISC 360, Eurocode).
Experience with nonlinear modeling, response spectrum analysis, and performance-based design.
Ability to write clear and detailed engineering documentation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

Fully remote, project-based opportunity with a flexible schedule.
Compensation of $80–110 USD per hour, based on experience.
Expected workload of 10–39 hours per week, with weekly payments for completed work.
