Remote Crypto Operations Lead

Description:

• Lead the design and implementation of an institutional-grade on-chain treasury operations function.
• Manage day-to-day operations, integrity, and security of the on-chain treasury across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Oversee incident response and operational mechanisms for treasury emergencies.
• Manage liquidity and execute positioning across wallets and chains.
• Ensure structured, auditable processes for crypto and fiat payment execution.
• Handle crypto treasury reporting and maintain data quality for internal users and investors.
• Inherit design ownership of wallet architecture and manage cold-custody programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Security, and Investment teams on operational concerns.

Requirements:

• Deep experience in operating an institutional-grade crypto treasury under self-custody.
• Proficient with Gnosis Safe and Zodiac modules, understanding operational disciplines.
• Strong self-custody bias and OpSec mindset, with proactive risk mitigation.
• Experience operating treasury across multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction structures.
• Hands-on operator with engineering rigor in documentation and infrastructure.
• Strong bias toward automation and technology in processes.
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented, comfortable with remote operations.
