Description:

  • Lead the technical onboarding of new customers onto cybersecurity products.
  • Guide customers through engineering and technical implementation processes, ensuring correct configuration and secure deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and experience with cybersecurity products or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to configure technical systems and troubleshoot issues involving authentication, permissions, and connectivity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
