Description:

Design and deliver advanced PLM solutions for global manufacturing clients.
Lead business solutioning initiatives and translate complex requirements into scalable PLM architectures.
Drive optimization of manufacturing and engineering business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align PLM solutions with digital transformation objectives.
Provide architectural leadership for customizations and cloud-based PLM deployments.
Ensure high-quality solution delivery through governance and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Expert-level experience in Business Solutioning and PLM Integration across ERP, MES, ALM, and CAD systems.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes including PDM and BOM Management.
Proven experience with PLM platforms like Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia.
Strong knowledge of CAD integrations and cloud-based PLM deployments.
Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in German (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
Based in Germany with remote working flexibility available.
