• Seeking a dynamic Customer Success Engineer specializing in AI Agents in South Africa.
• Responsible for configuring AI agents, managing prompts and workflows, and ensuring seamless client experiences.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose issues, reproduce problems, and test fixes.
• Maintain customer ownership focusing on account health, retention, and expansion.
• Proactive approach to ensure customers can go live by Day 7.
• Availability during US business hours required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer success or a similar role.
• Technical aptitude with understanding of AI agents and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for direct customer interaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts independently.
• Experience in technical support or engineering is a plus; coding not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
