Remote Cyber Security Engineer (Cloud Security)

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to secure cloud infrastructure, containerized workloads, and infrastructure-as-code pipelines.
• Role involves expertise in cloud security posture management, Kubernetes security, and Zero Trust network access in a healthcare-regulated environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) and AWS, network security, and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with cloud security posture management (CSPM), IaC orchestration platforms, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance frameworks (HITRUST, PCI DSS).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, Security+, or cloud security certification preferred.
