Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), Python, API Integrations, data analysis, ETL, and Google BigQuery.
Strong storytelling and communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred: Experience in Workforce Analytics.
