Flex enables health and wellness brands to accept HSA and FSA payments online, powering checkout for major brands.
The Data Engineer will design and operate data and machine-learning systems for HSA/FSA eligibility, collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in building production data systems and pipelines using Python or a similar language.
Strong SQL skills and experience with modern cloud warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt).
Hands-on experience deploying machine-learning models to production.
Familiarity with transformer-based ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and understanding of model selection.
Resourceful, collaborative, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
