Remote Data Engineer II

Description:

• InStride Health seeks a Data Engineer II to design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure for clinical and operational decision-making.
• The role involves developing ETL/ELT pipelines, contributing to data warehouse architecture, and ensuring high-quality data access across the organization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data pipeline and data warehouse development in production environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses (preferably Amazon Redshift) and ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Matillion).
• Knowledge of AWS services relevant to data engineering and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
