Remote Data Operations Lead

Description:

• Lead the operational lifecycle of biomedical data partnerships, acting as the primary contact for external partners.
• Manage secure data transfers and ensure compliance with internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain harmonized data models across clinical and multi-omics datasets.
• Identify and automate operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Oversee data quality checks and maintain data integrity throughout the ingestion process.
• Track and report on operational metrics and project progress.
• Engage with external partners through site visits to strengthen collaborations.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of clinical and biomedical data structures, with familiarity in oncology or immunology.
• Proven experience in managing data lifecycles in cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Excellent project management and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, etc.).
