Remote Database Support Engineer (EMEA)

Description:

• Join Supabase as a Database Support Engineer to assist developers in resolving complex issues and enhancing their experience with the platform.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering to improve product quality based on real-world usage.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in technical support, backend engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including internals and performance optimization.
• Experience troubleshooting complex setups and handling data migration issues.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting providers like AWS and comfort in terminal/Linux environments.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a fast-paced environment.
