Remote Database Support Engineer (Japanese Speaking)

Description:

• Join Supabase as a Database Support Engineer to assist developers in resolving complex issues and optimizing their use of the Supabase platform.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to enhance product quality and developer experience.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in technical support, backend engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and troubleshooting complex setups.
• Fluent in Japanese and English, with experience supporting technical products in Japanese.
• Ideally located in Japan, flexible with working hours.
