Description:

Lead the infrastructure and platform strategy for a rapidly growing AI legal tech platform.
Focus on scaling infrastructure across cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and security.
Operate as a hands-on technical leader and people manager, mentoring a growing DevOps team.

Requirements:

Strong experience with AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/OpenTofu).
Proven leadership in DevOps or Platform Engineering teams with a strong ownership mindset.
Experience in startup or high-growth environments; familiarity with AI infrastructure is a plus.
Must be located within the CET -2/+2 timezone.
