Description:

Join the DevEx team as a DevOps Engineer to enhance the Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
Focus on automating processes and improving workflows for developers.
Work either in the Erkrath headquarters twice a week or up to 100% remote.

Requirements:

Completed technical training or a degree in computer science with practical experience in DevOps or software development.
Familiarity with tools like GitLab CI, Docker, or Kubernetes; eagerness to learn ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform/OpenTofu.
Strong willingness to learn and work in complex cloud infrastructures.
Team-oriented, service-minded, and interested in process automation.
Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
