Join the DevEx Team as a DevOps Engineer to enhance the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for developers.
Eliminate friction points in software delivery and enable teams to deploy applications quickly and independently to the cloud.
Work 100% remotely or flexibly in TEAMocom Spaces.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in software development or DevOps with a strong focus on automation.
Proficient in GitLab CI, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
High service orientation and mentoring skills to effectively share knowledge with teams.
Passion for simplifying processes and creating self-service infrastructures.
Interest in databases, particularly Postgres, with a desire to develop in this area.
Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
