Description:

Support and develop CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and repositories.
Operate and improve development tooling landscape including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube.
Standardize pipelines, templates, and workflows to enhance developer experience and quality.
Integrate quality gates, security checks, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot pipeline issues and improve build reliability in collaboration with development teams.
Assist in migrating and integrating repositories, pipelines, and tooling across the SYSTABUILD group.
Document tooling, processes, and best practices for self-service by development teams.
Learn and grow towards advanced DevOps and platform engineering responsibilities.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Experience with scripting or automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Basic understanding of modern software development workflows (Git, pull requests, branching strategies).
Initial experience with build and test automation in at least one programming ecosystem (.NET, Delphi, C++).
Familiarity with code quality tools such as SonarQube.
Basic understanding of infrastructure and cloud concepts.
Willingness to learn Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native tooling.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
