Description:
We are building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done.
As adoption scales, our infrastructure needs to be more secure, observable, and cost-efficient.
We are looking for a DevOps & Security Engineer to help us evolve our cloud setup, strengthen security posture, and ensure Reflow runs fast, safely, and reliably at scale.
You will own infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and scaling across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated deployment flows.
You will design isolated multi-tenant environments for enterprise customers.
You will implement and manage infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and performance dashboards.
You will lead initiatives in data protection, encryption, and threat detection.
You will manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) to ensure reproducibility and version control.
You will partner with engineering to plan and execute a migration toward a more efficient, secure cloud architecture.
You will support ongoing security reviews, compliance efforts, and audits.
Requirements:
You must have experience in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
You should have a strong background in CI/CD, container orchestration, and automated scaling.
You need a deep understanding of infrastructure security, including encryption, access control, and monitoring.
You must be comfortable balancing performance, cost, and reliability when designing systems.
You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and unafraid to make tough calls when it comes to reliability and safety.
Benefits:
You will own the backbone of Reflow’s reliability and trust, ensuring the systems that power our intelligence platform are secure, scalable, and efficient.
You will work directly with founders and engineers, improving deployment speed, observability, and resilience.
This role is perfect for someone who loves systems thinking and wants meaningful influence over infrastructure evolution.
