• Strong understanding of DevOps principles; experience with Kubernetes, Git, and Linux.
• Ability to write code to solve problems, preferably in Go, or willingness to learn.
• Interest in making AI tools usable in daily work; experience with LLM APIs or AI evaluation is a plus.
• Structured work approach, automation of repetitive tasks, and high quality standards.
• Proficient communication skills in German and English.
